THE SITUATION

Sacs Ops Int OÜ was building SmartROTRO - a modern bus transportation platform for the Estonian market, combining real-time booking, driver coordination, and operational analytics. The platform had already experienced delivery failures with a previous development partner, leaving the client with an incomplete system, eroded internal confidence, and a compressed timeline to market.

The requirement was not just technical delivery - it was rebuilding trust in the system itself, through demonstrably reliable execution under pressure.

WHAT KONTORVA DELIVERED

Kontorva took full ownership of the core product platform: architecture, engineering execution, and delivery governance. We designed and built a React Native mobile application serving both passenger booking and driver coordination workflows, real-time analytics and operational dashboards for fleet management, and a scalable backend infrastructure capable of handling concurrent operational load.

The system was built for operational reliability under real-world conditions - not optimised for demonstration environments. Real-time data requirements were addressed at the architecture level, not patched at the feature level.
