  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Notify the user who uploaded the content that we have removed or disabled access to it.
  • Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice, along with instructions for filing a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed in error.

3. Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include the following:

  • Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Submit your counter-notice to our designated DMCA agent at the contact details provided above.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:

  • Forward the counter-notice to the original complaining party.
  • Restore the removed content if the original complaining party does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days.

4. Repeat Infringers

Kontorva maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit or suspend access to the platform for users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

5. Misrepresentation

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether certain content violates your copyright, we recommend consulting with a legal professional before filing a DMCA notice.
